Al Allamah Al Mulla Ali Al Qari رحمه الله تعالى mentioned the following verses of poetry about zulm (oppression) in his book Mirqàtul Mafàtih Sharhu Mishkàt il Masàbih:
لا تظلمن إذا ما كنت مقتدراً فالظلم آخره يأتيك بالندم
نامت عيونك و المظلوم منتبه يدعو عليك و عين الله لم تنم
Don’t oppress when you posses power
For the last of oppression brings you regret
Your eyes fall asleep while the oppressed one remains awake
Praying against you and Allah’s Eye falls not asleep
